Adventure Awaits in a Gift Bag

This project is an oldie but a goodie! Often patterned papers, lovely as they are, play only a supporting role in a project. Not this time. This project allows Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper (DSP), which are double sided, to take centre stage and shine. I have used two of the awesome 12"x12" papers from the Schoolhouse DSP, and with a few score lines and a few cuts, fold, glue and hey presto! A beautiful gift bag that can be personalised and embellished or left as is, cute and fun. The project might be an oldie, but it remains new and current because of the fabulous DSPs that SU brings out year upon year.

Here are the three whipped up and filled with NZ iconic snacks for our UK bound friends' kids. Everyone needs a goodie treat bag for a long plane trip. They won't be back for a year, hence the iconic Kiwi snacks which in this case included Chocolate Fish, K Bar, Whittaker's L&P Chocolate and Chicken Flavoured potato crisps. What would YOU put in your iconic Kiwi Goodies Treat bag?

That sentiment...isn't it familiar? Oh yes, I am sorry, I have done it again. I used the retired Adventure Awaits stamp set because today is truly when they begin a new adventure. Go you, the H family!
