Stampin' With Michelle Pepper

I am trying hard where possible to be efficient. I needed a 1-3/4" Scallop Circle for my Hedgehog card and being ever mindful, I punched it out in such a way that the "negative" Chocolate Chip Card Stock can easily be used also. I do this often, but the problem is that these "negatives" would soon build into a stash of awkward scraps getting entangled with each other. So this time, since I already have a stash of scraps out, I quickly set to work with this negative piece of card stock. I found a small piece of this retired DSP from some time ago, which is of Real Red, Olive Green and Very Vanilla stripes - the perfect and very popular partners with Chocolate Chip. I loved it even more when I, quite unintentionally, layered the DSP on an angle beneath the Chocolate Chip. I am participating in another card swap over at Stamp Nation , so I thought the recent trend of the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch Closure Card would be ideal for this Fancy Fold card swap. But I changed my mind (hahaha, SN members, for a minute there did you think I was giving away the surprise?!). Instead, we made this at my May's Class last Friday evening. Gosh, can't believe a week has already flown by. I meant to put it up on here as soon as everyone had left, but obviously I got very side tracked. Fellow SU Demo over the ditch Tanya Bell shared an excellent tutorial on how to make this card. Fat free, and sugar free; need I say more? My lovely sister-in-law made all the cupcakes for her 1 year old's birthday celebration, and I supplied these toppers - what a team we make :-) I made these exactly as I made the one here , I just got real good at it now, after making (and supervising the making of, thanks Dream Hub Women ) 30 of these beauties.
