The Swirly Bird stamp set and its co-ordinating Swirly Scribbles Thinlits are two favourites from the Stampin' Up! 2016-17 Annual Catalogue, judging by the amount of  cards/projects using these items that have been shared online. Today, I am excited to share my Clean and Simple (CAS) Christmas card, using these coordinating products. Did you catch that? No, it's not a typo, and yes, I have started thinking about Christmas!!!! PS: I came to write a new post and saw this post sitting in my draft - unposted!!!! Well, I decided to post it as is  - if I think too much, and make amendments, it might be another month it is public! Here goes... Wow, the 2016-17 Annual Catalogue is already a month old! Today's share is a fun happy INTERACTIVE card - and the great thing is that it comes together so fast with the Circle Card Thinlits! The fun pattern paper is from the Cherry on Top 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper Stack which will be retiring on 31st May 2016 - I am so going to miss it!!! Did you notice the candles? Made with the also retiring Cherry On Top Designer Washi Tape - gotta love Stampin' Up for well co-ordinated products. Finally can you guess how I got the "flames"? The wing from the Bird Builder Punch! I am sad that this well loved, versatile punch will also be retiring at the end of May - sob sob. When you open the card, the circle flips and you see a different message on the other side of the circle. How fun is that! The Alphabet Rotary Stamp has once again come to my rescue! I needed a farewell card for a Canadian family from our local Homeschool Group relocating to California. I know, right? Among the many options for a theme (floral or scenery with an inspirational sentiment, to cutesy with "Miss you already" or "You'll be missed"), I eventually opted for this adorable punch art sheep card, because after all, New Zealand is known as a land of sheep.
