It's a fun and bright card for today's Monochromatic Monday card share.
I was making a stack of birthday cards for the Children's Pastor in church so I used this Stack-Double Cut-Shuffle technique with the fun Sunshine and Rainbows Designer Series Paper (retired Sale-A-Bration freebie in January/February). I am planning on making a video to share how to use this technique. So watch this space...
Why Monochromatic Monday?
