Today, I share a classic Stamps, Ink and Paper card, aka SIP card, in Evening Evergreen monochromatic style.
Do you know about the Versamark Ink pad? It appears a few shades darker than the card stock it is stamped on. Isn't that fun? It's like having a "all colours in one" ink pad. The Versamark is also a key item used in heat embossing. Stamp the large tropical leaf image several times on the Evening Evergreen card stock. As the clear ink dries, the stamped images gradually get darker and more prominent. The leaf image that was punched out is second generation, that is, I have stamped the leaf in Evening Evergreen once before stamping the leaf image again without re-inking. I did the same with the leaf "skeleton" image. I added a bit of the glittery Metallic Mesh ribbon for some pretty sparkly detail.
