This week, our product highlight is the Gone Fishing Bundle of stamp set and dies
How about a Christmas card made especially for the fishing people in our lives?
Let's take a look again at the card I CASED (copy and selectively edited) from - it's on page 78 in the Annual Catalogue, designed by Rebecca Fellows.
The bobber reminded me of a Christmas bauble so I set out to make a Christmas card. The thing is I have probably gone fishing like a handful of times in my life and so I really know nothing about fishing. But I know lots of people that are fishing enthusiasts so I think this set will be getting a work out. I just have to get schooled up about what is what in the stamp set and dies. Here is a shout out to my sister-in-law who I was thinking of as I made this card - she likes fishing, and she likes gold and sparkles so you see there is plenty of that in this card (including the use of the iridescent Rose Gold Foil for the shiny lures, that is hard to capture with my phone).
