This week, our product highlight is the Just My Type (photopolymer stamp set).
Let's take a look again at the project I CASED (Copy And Selectively Edited) from the Annual Catalogue designed by Cindy Schuster.
Make your own pattern paper by repeatedly stamp an image or more. Here I have stamped the typewriter image with versamark ink on a pattern paper from the Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper. I heat embossed the images with clear embossing powder, then ink the entire piece with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad. This is a technique called Joseph's Coat Colouring Technique and you can see how it is done here. The typewriter now has a almost copper look to it. Going with the typewriter vibe, I repeatedly stamp Happy Birthday (from Sentimental Park stamp set) on a piece of Basic White card stock. I cut "sunshine" out of the stamped sentiment in Crushed Curry.
