Timeless Tropical for GDP Challenge #329

A tropical birthday anyone? Yes, please!

Over at @global_design_project, it's a colour challenge this week. Crafters love colour challenges because it gives us an opportunity to step outside colour combinations that we are familiar and comfortable with. This is the colour challenge #GDP329

For my card, I used Blending Brushes with the three colours to create the background. I stamped the palm trees image in Memento Black. With the help of the Stamparatus, I was able to stamp it a few times with perfect alignment each time, to get a strong black print.

I kept the card front very simple #simplestamping so I decided to add a little more fun to it! All you do is fold the front of your card base in half and attach the stamped card to that half side. This is a great easy fun fold, that gives your recipient a fun little surprise.

Well, I'm off for now, so you could go on and participate in the #GDP329 colour challenge too!

Until next post, have fun stamping!
