Eclectic Garden in Sweet Sorbet for Monochromatic Monday Card

It's Monochromatic Monday Card time and this week it is Sweet Sorbet time in the limelight! Click here for the supplies list     When I was playing with placements, I found myself in a dilemma of this or that. And then I thought, you know what, I'm just going to make two cards! And why not? Especially since I am always in need of "Thank You" cards. So which do you prefer?    The difference between "This" and "That" is that the latter has the added element of a Basic White banner that has been embossed with the new Twigs and Sprigs Embossing Folder. Also, I added one extra component - embellishments!   Why Monochromatic Monday?   Did you know Stampin' Up! offers at least 50 colours for all your creative work? All with coordinating card stock, ink pads and markers, and some/most with Stampin' Blends, ribbons and embellishments. Take a look at the range of colours!     In 2022, my personal challenge is to feature one colour each week on Mon

Hello Ladybug Bundle

Bee a cute card for my share today! (Yes, the pun was totally intended.) Click here for the supplies list I made this card at our recent Team Training hosted by my Team Leader Heather Stewart. Heather showed us how to turn the ladybug into a bee! The card base is from Abstract Beauty Cards and Envelopes pack. And let's not forget to dress up the envelope too.     Happy Friday and hope you have a great weekend xx Until next post, have fun stamping!    PS: Reminder, there's only a few days left in May to take advantage of the amazing promotion by Stampin' Up! I would love to have you on board, and you would love to be saving money on your crafting supplies as well as, should you choose to, having a business opportunity.  Ready to take the deal? Abstract Beauty Card Box

Here's how you can package some beautiful handmade cards - this will be such an awesome gift! Click here for the supplies list   Remember the 10 cards I made with the Abstract Beauty Cards and Envelopes and Ephemera Pack? I needed a way to package them so I used this box template from the crew at the Creating For Christ Facebook Group. You can join there to get the instructions for the box to fit notecards size cards. I just upsized mine accordingly as these cards are 4"x6" - much bigger than the notecards.   Just a reminder that this is the May Card Kit you can purchase from me - check out all the deets here. Until next post, have fun stamping! *** For current specials, click this link https://michellepepper.stampinup.net/special *** Shop online with me today and use the current May Hostcode YBNE3EMT or contact me to place an order. Limited Edition in Tahitian Tide for Monochromatic Monday Card

I'm working my way through the new In Colors, so here's a Tahitian Tide Monochromatic Card today.   Click here for supplies list Aside from featuring Tahitian Tide, I wanted to showcase the new Limited Edition stamp set that is in the 2022-2023 Annual Catalogue. I have used the "made with love" sentiment unexpectedly - to create a background piece, just like I did with this card here . Here I have stamped the sentiment on Tahitian Tide card stock with Tahitian Tide ink pad.   I have used all the sentiments on this card and it's coordinating envelope.     Of course, let's not forget how these stamps with the ©Stampin’ Up! stamp are normally used - on projects you sell to comply with Stampin’ Up!’s Angel Policy. Don't you just love the way Stampin' Up! sells coordinating products? There's no need to bring a colour swatch to your local craft store to find coordinating accessories. Here, you can see I have used the coordinating Tahitian Tide Baker&

Grassy Grove and New Horizons 6"x6" DSP Simple Shadow Box

This beautiful Fun Fold card is easier to make than you think!     With the amazing Grassy Grove Bundle and the stunning New Horizons 6"x6" Designer Series Paper (DSP) , you can easily replicate this breathtaking Simple Shadow Box Card designed by Terri Gaines. I only made a slight change to Terri's instructions so that I can make two of these from one A4 sheet of Basic Black cardstock.  The New Horizons DSP is just amazing, and if you haven't already got it, please get it sooner rather than later. We know it is retiring along with the January - June 2022 Mini Catalogue at the end of June, so if you wait till June to get it, it will be while stocks last and once it is gone it is gone! To ensure you don't miss out, I highly recommend you order it soon. Check out the variety of mood/look you get depending on which sheet of DSP you used from the pack: You can make one of these in my classes in May or if you can't make it to class, then you may request for a clas

Parakeet Party for Monochromatic Monday Card

Oh all the excitement that is in the new 2022-2024 In Colors!        The colour spotlight today is the new bright, bold and beautiful Parakeet Party. For today's project share, I have made a Double Pocket Fun Fold Card - there are two pockets on the front of the card: one for a tag and one for the chocolate square, yummmm! I have used the Nothing's Better Than stamp set with its coordinating Love You More Than dies .    For the tag, I have used the bird image and sentiment from the Eclectic Garden stamp set.       Bonus material today - learn to make double pocket cards in under 2 minutes with my video tutorial here!     Why Monochromatic Monday?   Did you know Stampin' Up! offers at least 50 colours for all your creative work? All with coordinating card stock, ink pads and markers, and some/most with Stampin' Blends, ribbons and embellishments. 2022-2024 In Color 6"x6" Glimmer Paper

This card is one for lovers of sparkles!   Click here for Supplies List   You know, I actually have a hard time cutting into glimmer paper - but I did it! It really is much better to cut it up and make cards that I can now send to brighten up someone else's day.    The colour strips are measured 3"x 2cm. I know it is weird giving measurements in a mix of imperial and metric, but we get both on the Stampin' Up!'s Paper Trimmer and I like whole numbers 😀 My brain finds it easier to remember whole numbers. So you get 14 strips from each 6"x6" sheet. With the five colours hence 5 sheets, you can make 14 cards. That's 14 people I can send some sparkles to instead of the papers just sitting in my stash for me alone to admire how lovely they are. This is one of the cards those who attend my stamping session get to make in May. If you can't make it to a class, I have a solution for you: I can send you the $15 (plus postage) class kit (two projects) to be co

Orchid Oasis for Monochromatic Monday Card

I have chosen to feature one of the new 2022-2024 In Colors for today's Monochromatic Monday post. As you can see, the bonus is that you don't only get to see one card, but five! I am working on a video to show you how to make cards with this Double One Sheet Wonder. For now, here are close up pictures of each card. Let me know if you have a favourite! Until next post, have fun stamping! *** For current specials, click this link https://michellepepper.stampinup.net/special *** Shop online with me today and use the current May Hostcode YBNE3EMT or contact me to place an order.
