It's Your Day Card

I made this card from supplies that didn't make it on previous cards, hence #scrapsoffthedesk

I love rummaging through my scraps to put together a card - it's kinda like putting a puzzle together. Also, I feel it can be quite liberating! For example, I would never have intentionally put those twine together (see it peeking out behind the Rich Razzleberry daisy flower?) Somehow, it feels ok to experiment with colour combinations when I make a card with scraps off the desk.

To be fair, when I say "scraps" I don't mean rubbish. It just means things I may have cut out to use when making another card, that I decided not to use in favour of a different colour or a different shape. Or like in the case of that Misty Moonlight stripe piece,  it is the remaining piece from which I cut out a small piece for my Global Design Project Winning Card here.

There are a few things on this card that is on the retiring list. I'm gonna miss the Large Daisy Punch so if you haven't got it, now is the time to get it at half price! Don't forget to use my Hostcode YKGGYNEJ if you order online otherwise contact me and I can place the order for you. Just remember that all retiring items are while supplies last only.
