Tasteful Touches in Magenta Madness for Monochromatic Monday

Magenta Madness is one of the five In-Colors that will be retiring in early May 2022.

An easy way to make a monochromatic card is stamping an image multiple times to create a background. Even quicker if, as in this case, the backgound is already done - it was a 4x6 printed card from the retired Flowers for Every Season Memories and More Card pack.

Magenta Madness is rather "in your face" bright, so I have added three vellum strips (these were in the #scrapsoffthedesk pile) to add some softness to the card. The sentiment is from Tasteful Touches stamp set, embossed in white on plain Magenta Madness cardstock.

Why Monochromatic Monday?
Did you know Stampin' Up! offers at least 50 colours for all your creative work? All with coordinating card stock, ink pads and markers, and some/most with Stampin' Blends, ribbons and embellishments. Take a look at the range of colours!

In 2022, my personal challenge is to feature one colour each week on Monochromatic Monday.
I hope you will join me too, and use the #monochromaticmondaycard hashtag too.

Until next post, have fun stamping!
